Lemon Mint Sunrise
My sister, Heather, and I used to make this juice after a hard day after Power Squad in high school. The cool taste of the mint, combined with the lime juice, the twist of lemon, and a hefty dollop of the secret ingredient, pomegranate juice, still refreshes me after a long day.

1 bunch of mint leaves, de-stemmed
1 cup of pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice (approximately 1 lime)
1 cup of apple juice

Put this all in a blender, and blend until smooth!

And here’s an example of a bad entry:

JT
Juice a bunch of lemons, add frozen orange juice concentrate and some sinnumin and mix it up.

So, if you’re ready - go ahead and leave YOUR juice creation! We can’t wait to try them!

Green Smoothie
My boyfriend and I have been drinking this green smoothie for over a year now, a few times a week. It tastes great, and we feel great.
1.5 cups coconut water
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
a few ice cubes
Blend until smooth, and enjoy!

  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups baby kale leaves, loosely packed (or Tuscan or curly kale, roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup water
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

My friend made one of these when I was sick. Made me feel better!

  1. Chop the apple, leaving the skin on. Break the banana into pieces and place them both in the blender. Add the water and baby kale leaves. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice, frozen mango, and lemon juice. Blend again until smooth.

Bam. Yummy

Watermelon Mojito Fizz
Very refreshing on a hot summer day. I served this at a back yard bbq last year and it was a hit!
☆3 cups Watermelon Juice(store bought is good, but a sweet freshly juiced watermelon is better)
☆2 Limes.(juice one and cut the other into wedges or slices for garnish)
☆1 bunch of Mint Leaves(rinsed and stems removed) save a few sprigs for garnish
☆1 cup Club Soda
☆1tbsp Agave Nectar (more or less to taste)
Pour juices, mint, and agave in a blender and pulse until mint leaves are chopped into very small pieces. Add the club soda and blend until fizzy.
Pour over lots of ice in a tall glass. Garnish with lime wedges and sprig of mint. Enjoy!

Pear Mint Thirst Quencher
Usually I use only fresh ingredients to make a juice cocktail, but today I improvised, and I ended up with something even better.
Ingredients:
1 can (8oz.) of cooked pears or 2 ripe peeled and sliced/chopped Anjou pears
3-5 mint leaves
2 cups of coconut water
4 large ice cubes
1 drizzle of honey (1/2 teaspoon)
Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth.
Enjoy.

Mangolicious Dream:

My husband is Mexican and has introduced a bunch of new flavors to me after we met. One of our favorites is mangos with tamarind on it. He really turned me into a huge fan of mango everything! Recently he’s gotten into making smoothies for our 2 sons which prompted me to get into it too. I came up with the recipe I’m about to share on a whim and it’s became a family favorite!

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup of Orange sherbet
1 1/4 cup of Welch’s mango juice
1 cup ice
Put all the ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth! Enjoy!!

This is my “Get work out of my mind” smoothie. Start with a fresh dragon fruit, a mandarin orange and fresh blueberries. Chop up a quarter cup of each. Mix together in a blender along with two scoops of orange sherbet. Add a half cup of sugar free ginger ale or lemon-lime soda and stir. Smooth drink after a long and hot day working in a helicopter hangar.
