I was supposed to get 30 minutes of free play for my login streak gift but it said that it wasn’t working so to check back later. I’ve come back and it’s acting as though i have claimed it when i was actually unable to. is there anything i can do?
In the game, go to MENU [top left] and tap the HELP, then tap the CHAT bubble [top right side] and explain to them the issue you encountered.
Did you play a game or just close it, Iv seen that pop up before and was still awarded the item…
Freeplay starts automatically so if I get that pop up I play a game to see .
I also take screenshots of awkward happenings like that just in case, pictures go a long way when you have to submit a help ticket.
