Do not like that you advertised the new world and then only have 15 games available and now I’m blocked. How long do I have to wait to go further.
Challenging concept but no catching Poi disappointing.
My major frustration is over the daily rewards. I only get the 30 free minutes of Goldie when we have already earned it. One night I started three hours of double red stars. Fifteen minutes later my daily reward was 30 minutes of red star doubler. After 30 minutes expected to have 2 hours and 45 minutes of my RS doubler but zip.
Frustrating to get any 30 minute reward and then have the watch video reward pop up. So really 29 minutes. Takes forever to finish a game and get through the steps to start the next. Seems slower and slower. Especially since the quest page never refreshes. You have to close out and reopen the quest to check your status.
Do not like the 60,000 limit on friends. Should be double that or no limit.
I like most of the new features, the club tournament is fine, the new world 4, I had to purchase it to play it, but I liked it with the double cards are cool. The Leland selector was a good change and l like the new feature with the choice to double your items when you collect them for the chests.
You say you want feedback but do you really follow through on what the players are saying, I don’t think so as the game is getting harder to win and advance. The quests are lame for the rewards. It’s not like it cost you anything to make it a better reward.
Love the new island hopper! Much easier to get around. Use to play quite a bit until you changed the watch free ads from 5,000 to 1,000. Can’t aford to buy coins so just stopped playing as much. Really like the new league system. So frustrated with the treasure shrine. Constantly getting medallions…so redundant!!! PLEASE revamp. Like the team quests but most times, hardly worth playing for. Overall, love this game but you have removed so many little perks that I have found other games to occupy my time.
I have relied on the red star leaderboard to recruit for my team. We use to be able to click on a player profile pic and pull up their team. Then we could send rec’s or invites to anyone on that team. It seems this has been disabled. Could you please bring it back. It was a huge time saver and allowed me to find players from teams in different leagues. It would also be helpful if we could move thru the club ranks in increments vs. scrolling. By the time I get where I want to recruit from the app crashes.
The new world - it’s okay. I wish we had more control of which card the card you tap plays to if it corresponds to both draw cards. Playing it so far reminds me of casino games… A lot of the new features do. I don’t play this game to gamble, and adding these types of features does not make me want to play the game more, nor do they entice me to spend money. I will spend money on my team mates when you do double gifts. I am losing interest in the game because of many of your updates. Keep it simple gsn. Keep it simple. Thanks
I really like the new update with how to select the islands you want to be on. Much quicker! Thank you!! I always enjoy the daily/weekly quest/contests. I like that we can pick what we want to go for too. I really enjoy the ones when you can win multiple (I’m so going to use the wrong terms now) bomb difuseres, net releasers, shark cards, and wave crashed cards.
When will you be working on or updating the Free coin feature from Facebook friends. I haven’t received any since June. Emailed numerous times with answer its Facebook fault. They’re saying it’s not their issue. Almost ready to quit. Thats 60,000 coins a day I’m losing.
Updates are great, but bugs are still there. Freezing, ads not playing then only offered 1,000 as opposed to choosing a card, treasure match yesterday not giving chests won after spending so much coins, rewards for many of the quests are not worth the time and coins, good rewards offered for extremely hard quests within an hour and last but not least…it’s been 2 wks now that I am still not allowed to make any purchases resulting in me losing out on offers thus hindering my club!!!
NB, NB, NB I’m still waiting on you guys to sort that problem out for me as I have done all the troubleshooter you sent me and still, it’s not working. Please, I am losing out on valuable chests which I was and still am willing to pay for.
Even though there were many updates, most problems still excist. Like the quests that not refresh between games, for several months now. And since the last update I can’t watch any video on my iPad. Of course I did send tickets, 3 times, but no answer. So why not fix the game before you add new features? Can’t be to difficult, when we could collect unlimited coins from FB friends the game was updated the same day. And what’s that about paying money for better rewards with a club quest or double the reward chests? Most of us don’t spend money anymore, because you refuse to answer tickets or fix the game. So listen to your gamers and finally make this game work correctly.
Too many complaints to list, you never do anything about them anyway, I am leader of a team. I was so downhearted last week, mainly tired of you trying to fleece us out of more and more money every week, paying to do a ‘choose your prize’ was the last straw. I told my team I’d had enough and I was handing over the reins. To my surprise (not) most of team felt the same, so we decided to do what we joined for, that is, to play a game, games are fun, right? We now don’t care about quests, we’re not bothered if you put us down a league, don’t give a toss if we collect red stars. We’ve still completed all 6 perks, perk 7 was impossible this week, most importantly we’ve stopped spending real money. We’re just playing for fun and chatting with friends, more teams should do the same, maybe it would make you change your money grabbing ways.
I do like the Club Tournaments, it just seems very difficult for my Team to Advance.The Navigation Bar is a great assist,I find it very helpful especially locating Tribute.
Accessing the Island, love that. But that is where it ends. It is getting a very expensive game if you want to be in the top clubs. But not only the top clubs. Playing in general Tripeaks is getting very expensive. Remember that not everyone who is playing, are buying in $. I am from South Africa where the currency is ± R13 for $1.
The Quests - not worth it. In fact, the whole game is not worth it anymore.

However, 3 years in and several updates, changes, new features later I have to tell you my playing time has been cut drastically as well as my love for this game that use to be my favorite go to game. I am also speaking for my club as they feel the same way. I had 5 million coins 6 months ago. A weej ago I was down to 20k coins as this game not only has gotten so hard to complete levels but freezes/crashes during gameplay where we are then out of the entry cost for those levels lost. I send tickets in often but at the risk of sounding like a broken record I have stopped also due to recently being told by customer service it’s my network. It’s not my network. No issues on any other games I play which yes, are getting more of my time lately unfortunately because this game isn’t what it use to be. My opinions
Club quests at times aren’t worth wasting our coins trying to win x amount of games for crappy rewards . We come out losing in the end.
Whatever you all did to make these levels so hard now HAS TO CHANGE! I’m all for some challenge but this is a little much. I’m lucky to win 2 out of 20 games. That’s terrible. It takes the fun out of it. Who wants to play a game that takes all your hard earned coins? And I stress HARD EARNED!!!
ALLOW US TO COLLECT MORE GIFTS FROM FRIENDS! I can send 85 gifts at the moment as that’s the # of Tripeaks friends I have yet I can only collect 20? What’s fair about that? Increase it already.
Extra card prices are RIDICULOUS!!! It’s set at 2x the cost of a game for 5 Extra cards on a 3000 coin level game…really?! It’s set up to take out coins for sure or at least that’s how we feel.
PLEASE fix quest page so it loads without having to x out of it and reopen. Waste of time and frustrating.

THE weekly events have gotten much better as well as the rewards. I personally like that this week everyone gets a prize in the great race
The new club leagues for gems is a good change and evens out the playing field giving more clubs a chance at better prizes rather than the same top 10 clubs week after week.
I’m gonna stop here because so could list more negatives and positives but I think I have given enough for now. We want to see this game return to the once fun, fair game it was. Your losing people left and right who are spreading the negative word. Is that worth it to you as developers or is it maybe worth it to listen to the people who play this game and make it a top game by playing it?! Just some food for thought. Thanks for listening
Well, where do I even begin. You guys broke the game. I’m desperately trying to keep Solitaire fun for my team! Your cost is high and payouts low! Videos dont run! Bring back the 5000k videos and 3000k videos every 20 min so we are actually getting some of our coins back to play with. The game used to function well and most players were happy. Now look at the dissatisfaction. START with coin return and video play problem. People aren’t wanting to play! People aren’t wanting to buy into your now “high profit” Solitaire game.
