The only thing that seems to work is to delete the game and then re-install it. Don’t waste your time waiting for the “contact us” support to respond.
Support has always been good with reimbursing me for lost items, in the few years I have been playing there was once that it was not resolved. You should always put a ticket in for lost or missing items
They have only reimbursed me once out of 10+ times. They always blame it on my end
Where do I find the right place to go to get my lost coin purchase? It says there’s a contact us button at the bottom of the faq page, but it’s not there! Very frustrated
@Kris_Nunn-Shelton, in the game, tap on your profile pic (top left corner of the screen), then on Help, then Contact us at the bottom of that screen. That will get you to the right place.
