When are you going to fix the videos for free coins

It’s starting to get frustrating. Every time I try to watch videos for free coins it states unavailable right now :confused:

Have you gone through the game support chat to inquire? If not you should; go tap MENU upper left corner and tap HELP.

I’m sick of it too. Used to be a time when the game was fun and rewarding

Especially when it is within an award - they never come back and say here are the videos we were previously unable to give you!!!
