Game froze and crashed several times a few weeks ago and I lost over 40000 coins, I was only reimbursed 10000. I have contacted support several times with no response. Is there anything else I can do to recover my losses.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there is any other way to recover you losses. 
If you get 3k coins per friend, just collect and spite boycott the game for 8 hours and you’ll get your 30k coins back.
Get used to it. This game will cheat you out of a lot.
