Unable to claim previous coins, etc

I played tripeaks a while back but stopped. No I am playing again. But when I go back to the previous QBposts to catch up on coins and such I get this

Does anyone know why

I’ve never seen an error that said you’re not eligible… I do know though that they’ve cut back on how far you can claim some rewards on their Facebook fan page. Have you inquired with the game support? If not, on the top left of your game tap MENU, go to HELP and tap the CHAT bubble on the top right.
