I have not been able to see any of the video commercials nor get any of the reward coins for months. All along I thought the problem was with the game and grumbled to Solitaire Tripeaks a time or two…
After getting a new phone yesterday, I found my video issues were self inflicted. I can now get both the videos and the coins. The difference is that I had an Ad Blocker (in my case it was Disconnect for Samsung) installed on my old phone and that was keeping the ads from running. Hopefully, this can help someone else.
