I am a leader in my club “ocean” and I don’t have access to the new option to switch everyone to certain perks. My co leader does so she has to do that for me. She had a droid and I have an apple not sure if that makes a difference or not

I believe it is in testing stage, not everybody has it yet. I’m also not sure how they determined who is testing the feature and who isn’t. I have a droid, and I don’t have it yet.
