Not receiving my rewards or gifts

Hi! I’m the leader of the Jolly Rogers Club and I’m having issues receiving my perks and gifts. We finished Perk 4 last night and everyone in the club got the reward except for me. The same thing happened when a member purchased a gift for the club, everyone received it except for me.

In the game, tap Menu (top left corner), then Help, then Contact us at the bottom of the page, and fill out the form.
