At first I thought it was my imagination , that the gem tally hadn’t moved much. I started watching more closely and it turns out I was right, no gems are being added to my account. How do I get this resolved ?

Log onto the game, click your profile picture and than click the help button, submit a ticket, usually takes 3-4 days to resolve
