I have heard about some teams having challenges amongst themselves as a way to complete perks/advance quicker, motivate members, etc. Anyone have any tips, ideas, etc. would be much appreciated. Thanks

Yes! How about this one, 1st place highest score player gets a bank week (no rules).

I have challenged my team members to have 1/2 the required points within a certain time period. I’ve also asked, after all perks are done, to better or club rank. They always are ready to go on challenges!
