Missing promissed 2 free plays for updating the game!

Greetings all,
I was prompted to update an application and to receive 2 free plays upon update. I updated the application, and never received the 2 free plays! Has this ever happened to any of you?

I submitted the case few days ago, and nobody answers! This is more about promising and not doing what was promised.

If you haven’t heard anything from support, use your same ticket number and email them again, usually 2-4 days is the turnaround
