Suddenly in the last week the gems and help awards are not arriving in my account from all the chests I win. Any ideas on why or what I need to do please x
@Debs1, report it to player support. In the game, tap on your profile pic (top left corner) then Help, then Contact us at the bottom of the screen.

I tried that for my lost red stars and money received from friends and got no answer.
None, whatsoever? When I wrote to them, i always received first an automatic response, then a direct response. Could your responses be in a spam folder?
