If a club wins a perk, and a member leaves the club, does the club lose the perk?

When a member leaves your club, if they had 10 000 points. Than your club points will subtract 10 000 points which may affect your rank in the league you are competing in Your perk progress bar, the green line will stay the same, it will not go backwards
