How do you appeal a bad situation from help desk?

Friday morning the program malfunctioned. I received 25,000 coins for the club finish and then got an error and lost ALL my event chests. When I sent an email to support 256361 they got back to me and said I got my coins. I sent a replay telling them yes I got my coins but not my event awards. Now they are ignoring me. Is there any way to appeal a bad ruling???

Yes, and I know it’s a pain, email back with the same ticket # requesting you perk chests. I have had to do this back and forth a few times to get mine, it’s a slow process but be persistent!
