I just started the loss jacks. The problems I have with this is #1) The count started at midnight, last night. 2) the game loss jacks just open for us to play, 6 hours after the count started. We loss 6 hours of game play. 3) I got 3 jacks, in 2 games, it does not show in the count, I am still at 0 count? HELP. Do others have this problem?

Be sure you are only playing icon marked games. Avoid tiki skies as today l won 3 icon marked games and they contained zero jacks. This level has had same results in prior lost card games.

Several on my team had this same issue. We eventually completed the quest but it took a long time and there were several games that were marked with icon with no jacks at all. I had one game that was almost all lower # cards. It does make it frustrating.

I had the same problem, no jacks in some of the icons. One more quest tomorrow. Good Luck Everyone.
