Help! need more info button for player requesting club invite

hi, we have an invite request in our club mailbox. When I check the mail I see the players name but the button for More Info isn’t there. My only options are Accept or Trash Can. I could take a chance, but I don’t want them to take a slot if they won’t be a good fit.

This has happened before. Anyone know what causes this and if there is another way to find out more? I don’t even have a club name to look them up.

This will happen if that player is no longer in a club, as long as they are in a club than that more info button is available to check on that player
