My name is Cheyenne and I play Solitaire Tri Peaks with my grandmother Mary. We share and I Cloud and Apple ID something happened with my original account and the game re started me. Now I can not collect my Web Sop dailies and my old account still exists but I ca not log in to it. Can anyone help me?
I think the only way you can retrieve it is by signing in with the apple id that is linked to the account, unless you have that information, I don’t think there is anything you can do about it.
From what I understand you can only have 1 account per ID in the game.
Other than the apple id, do you think you have maybe linked the game to Facebook?
