Send a ticket in through the help on the game. Hopefully they can get this fixed for you!
We have a club member that is dealing with the same issue for probably close to two weeks now. She can play but she can’t send or receive coins. She has sent in multiple requests for help to no avail! Based on fb and forum posts, there are MANY folks in this position. Sad that Tripeaks has not made it a priority!
They have made it a priority, it’s a more difficult fix than they expected, hoping it will get resolved very soon!
