I know of at least one other teammates w this issue. I checked my game settings on FB all is fine.
. Also no other issues with Facebook

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Facebook Helps. Upon research, it looks like this a Facebook issue, they are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.

Obviously the game app has a problem but programmers either can’t fix it or are ignoring the problem.
