Growing grapes and making wine. My grandfather was a master at gardening. Everything he planted grew like crazy! He would make his own wine from the grapes he grew. As a little girl, I followed him around his garden and watched as he made his wine.

My favorite Italian”thing”are my two Italian friends! They grew up together in Pennsylvania, lost touch then decades later found each other again here in California! When I think of Italian, I think of them! I do love lasagna though.

For sure the food. I love cooking an Italian meal and my family telling me it was better than any restaurant! Just made chicken parmesan with homemade sauce, garlic bread and salad. The one dish my teenager will help me make!
