This doesn’t happen all the time, but it is seriously demotivating.
Our club currently has 12 members but the quest requires at least 14 members.
that’s too bad - have you considered moving to another team? There was a post recently where one team was proposing to merge with another team. What a great idea.

I am co-leader and really don’t want to move. We have be having trouble finding players that follow the rules even though we aren’t super demanding. Hopefully things will improve.
I am in the same boat and have lost half our team members due to frustration with the game, taking a break for the holidays, or those that don’t want to meet the minimum reqs and I have to remove and those that just want to ride the coattails of others (get the perks while someone else does the work.) There should be a team merge. I’ve been leader of my club for 3 years and I am giving up.
