I just started my own team and do far I have only 12 members. I find it very difficult to get anyone to communicate with me in the chat forum. I can’t risk deleting members already just because they aren’t communicating. I also can’t risk them not keeping communication going between all of the team members! I post messages saying, "Roll Call! If you are reading this please respond with #1, so that way I know my team is reading this. "
Yet… I get not one response! Smh!

This is a problem with all teams. There are some who just don’t like the chat. So you might need to delete those who don’t if you want a group that chats. You will never get 100%. You might start with club notes and ask them to respond in chat.
