Hi there! There is a “club point” doubler that can be used to double your club points after a game is won. As for tributes, if the game is won you get 5 tributes. Not winning the game you either could get 0, or possibly 1 depending on if you clear the card that has the 1 tribute under. Here is a screenshot of what the club points doubler looks like.

It could be a game glitch, but am sure will be fixed eventually.
