Wondering what level it show up. I get it weekly but no one else on my team gets it. The garb and go one for 8/12/16 doublers

You have to have completed all regular levels as far as I can tell. I only get it on my account where I’ve completed all levels and not on my other accounts where I have not completed all levels.
