Hallo. I would get a ancient chest because it was day 200 i logged in. Just at the time i collect the game / app stopped and i had to start up again. In the rewards stood that i have collect it but thats not true. Is there anything i can do to get my reward.

Yes!I Load the game,click your profile picture, click help and follow the steps from there, include your screen shot that you show here. With Facebook crashing, you can expect a delay in response, I am thinking they are extremely backlogged. So likely about 4 days it will take to reimburse your missing items. As soon as you send the ticket it, you will get an auto reply that will have your ticket number. If you don’t see it, check your junk mail.
