I can launch the app but I can’t play any games. They won’t load. Ive been playing for years on my iPad. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, check WiFi, rebooted several time, etc. It’s been like this all day…any ideas
Hi @Lmschultz12, I don’t have an iAnything, but I have a friend who does, who plays in one of my clubs. She was having a problem similar to yours. We did some googling and found out clearing Safari Cache helped.
Step 1: Launch the “Settings” app on your iPad through the home screen.
Step 2: Scroll down the menu and select “Safari”.
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of right hand panel and tap on “Clear History and Website Data”.
Step 4: Confirm by tapping “Clear” from the pop-up window.
Try that, and let us know if that worked or not
