Little problem this week with the game. Playing in Tiki skies and winning jokers that never appears in my balance. Three times for me and a few other players having the same problem. Can you fix that for us. Still having fun anyway. Thanks

There is supposed to be an update for the game to fix this, from what I understand it can’t be fixed live, so keep checking for the update. In the meantime you can submit a ticket by loading the game, click your profile picture and than click help. You may have to reply to the same ticket multiple times to get your wilds.

Thank you everybody for your tips. I informed my player and they were able to get the 4 jokers offer. It was a weak offer since they lost much more then that, but took it anyway
