What does a volcano on top of a wild card mean?

I just found it weird that there is no mention of this anywhere. I’ve been getting these wild card/volcano images on a regular basis for about a year.
I’ve been getting them also, but it only acts as a wild card.

Oh! I haven’t gotten that, if you go back on your game, submit a ticket under glitch and include that photo, that will help the developers maybe try and solve that issue
