Why does it cost so much for 5 extra cards to get to next level. I now refuse and will still play same level. It cost me over 35.000 coins yesterday just to get to next level. I feel like a nut. Anyone else feel this way. I really like the game but I am Not Rich
I only buy extra cards if I have a lot of coins. Like on a Friday when we get perk prizes. I donāt spend my own money except occasionally Iāll buy a club gift when itās double.
I am on paradise levels which are very hard to win. I was on one level for two weeks recently. I finally moved off it on Friday by using a volcano two wild and extra cards. It can be frustrating but I love the game anyway. Hunting for tributes and helping my club to gain perks.
Oh, and I only use extra cards if I only have one card to get.
Yes it seems lately if I break down and buy extra cards itās over 20k I pay to win
I wait for the 30 minutes of free Moā Mo cards to advance. Iām at the end and they are ridiculous. Give you about 5 cards to clear 30 along with traps, hooks, butterfly vaults, etc. Usually with the Moā Mo cards can advance because you get 10 extra cards.
@Shaunna67, clever to use momo cards to progress further in the game. I usually use them to complete tributes or get red stars.
I am also on Tiki Paradise, the highest level at this point, Misty Mountains.
I am usually waiting for them to add new levels, as I am now, so I generally play for Tributes and perks, as well as the Expert Levels. I have never spent any money on the game. I have had as many as 300,000+ coins and as little as -0-.
Right now I usually just play until I am almost out of coins then I wait for the 15,000 from friends and a new set of Tributes.
I donāt know about the rest of you, but I refuse to spend money on a game when I really should be doing other things anyway!
That aggrevates me as well. With a little self controlā¦lolā¦and if you play the same level between 3-4- maybe 5 times, youāll usually win without having to use wild cards, volcano cards or purchasing additional cards. Still cheaper than a 35k level.
I do that if I am at the end and waiting for new levels! lol
I have decided not to move to the next level since the cost is so high!! They also have cut down on the ads that can be watched for free coins. Both need to be fixed!
Yes itās been really bad the last couple weeks, it cost me over 50,000 coins to complete one level yesterday, I used to play for two hours on 100,000 coins now they might last ten minutes
There was a few ways I was able to get ahead. Start by donāt worrying about getting all 3 stars -just move on to the next. In the beginning, it offers a choice of 3 games-I always pick Event chest, volcano cards of wild cards-you can acquire the trap torches through normal play. Also, I do not make this my MAIN goal for the day if they specify with a ābarrelā where I must play. I will just forge ahead to the next island. (just make sure you play your tikis for the day) I encourage you to get ahead by completing your ālittleā quests. Such as 93 clubs, 20 Aces, 5 wins in a row etc. I do this by playing the very first island and game # one and two. Theyāre only $100 each. Gets boring, but it gets you ahead. Then when you have to do a quest that says you need to collect $18K coins or something that costs more, you can go back to your last game for 3K and continue on ahead to earn it. I manage to only play at night and no more than 1.5 hours. It manages my spending and Iām at 2.5 million. But now they cap how far ahead you can play. Very discouraging since I cannot collect double poi and the barrels are not available for the next game. Then I am forced to play games Iāve already completed. Very agitating spending cash for this. Ugh!
Itās because this is a fun game but the bottom line is that itās a business. All they want is your money for extras. The developers of this game know it. They donāt mind people like me that play the games with my daily allowance. Their goal is to have x amount of people to buy their extras . And thatās the bottom line. I wish that there was some agency that I could complain to regarding their deceptive practices. I tried to contact the doctor, consumer protection agency. I even contacted AA but they wouldnāt answer my concerns because they thought I was drinking again. (,LOL). But seriously I feel that they are scamming us every day. Some more than others
The red and gsn sailboats are solitaire games. Theyāre good for red stars.
i have read the ātips and tricksā forum (or is it called postā:thinking:š¤¦š½:roll_eyes:š¤·š½lol) and there was reply (tip) that helped me quite a bit. The girl had mentioned that if you are needing to buy the extra 5 cards to almost always donāt do it because it eats up your coins like no tomorrow but only if truly necessary. Because in all reality if when you think about it you spend way way less just starting a new round
