Why do I not have a Hold Card slot?

I have read about the Hold Card and it’s use. I don’t have one. How do I get the Hold Card slot?

The hold card space is only available on tiki seas.

No problem, we used to get it as part of a bonus perk and then it was available on beaches and skies but GSN haven’t given it as a reward for months now.

No you’re not. It used to happen alternative months to double stacks but it was possibly the beginning of the year the last time they gave it as a bonus perk reward. The last time GSN asked for feedback i suggested they brought it back.
