Here are reasons on my team alone -Players:
• roving ER nurse drives FL to AZ
• parents homeschooling + work remote
• restaurants and schools reopen MUST PREP
• family members to MD or ER CAN’T VISIT!
• seniors attempt tele-med technology HARD
• caregivers deal w/ handicapped, demented
• managers work 12-15 hr days ZOOM now
• HR handling layoffs, medical leaves etc
• player suffers 
attack, maxes in ER, returns home to paroled step-son living his house
