Having complained on number of occasions default response nothing wrong even when I know there was. Even shown husband. Waste of time comp!aining!!!
Even when you don’t get the resolution, your complaint counts as a problem with the game. Don’t give up! Your voice counts!
Unfortunately that doesn’t help me to replace the points lost when I know I am in the right.
Were you specific in the game, under the items lost hiw many points did you lose how did those points go missing? By selecting the proper area what happened, such as game glitch and under coin or item losses than it would go to the appropriate tech. I’d submit a ticket again, you’ll get your items.
Also if you are still unsatisfied keep using the same ticket number you were issued. In hopes it moves up a chain and you get more then just a generated generic response.

I have NEVER get a response that resolved anything I have lost or glitches that have occurred. They may hear but do not listen. This morning for example 30 mins of free stated it was now active, however, I did not receive my 30 mins of free play. Yes restarted, reinstalled & reported it. Makes no difference.
We had a member on the team that had that glitch also, they key is persistence, once you get the reply from support reply back to the ticket, I figured out they are on a tier system, generic reply, sometimes not helpful reply and the 3rd sometimes the 4th gets you compensation, that depends if you are willing to go through the steps
If the powers that be are listening here, you are really doing a great disservice in dropping the streak coin payouts of all levels the past week or so. If you thought people would not notice, you are wrong. Why be greedy when you have a captive (literally) audience now, many out of work for the forseeable future who can’t buy coins. This is really unconscienable. If anything, you should be paying out more coins and holding fewer scavenger hunts. You have certainly heard for months that the vast majority of players hate and don’t play the scavenger hunts. But here you are again trying to ram them down our throats at the worst possible time. Does anyone on your marketing staff have a functioning brain cell? You need to be generous now of all times if you want any loyalty. Lots of your big players who buy coins are retirees who play all day. They are most at risk in this environment. You won’t be replacing them anytime soon if something happens to them. Scores are down significantly this week in most leagues, probably because people are out of coins and afraid to spend money to buy more, because frankly food, and a roof over their heads is more important. How about some compassion and loosening things up (a lot).
Am I expecting this to happen. No. Because you never listen to your players. If you want scavenger hunt to be accepted, then double the club points for scavenger hunt levels and you will find people will play them. But you don’t have the common sense to figure out that the secret of this games success is the club and sense of being part of a group. Without that, people would not be staying and still playing. Most are playing for their club and the other members of their club.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. We have lost players because of the reduction in coin rewards, Club quests and the chests at week’s end don’t make the time worth wasting.
Scavenger hunt is rediculous and Rescue missions that don’t give club points,forget it.
