I just tried to complete a level. I didn’t win it, but the board said I won 3625 coins (streak doubler and bonus coin card) and then the game didn’t add in my coins. What gives?

The coins were added during the game, not after the game is finished.
True, that normally happens, but at the end of the game my total in coins was 2707, so they weren’t because you can’t go negative.
Did you spend coins on undo or buy more or pay 6k for a booster?
I feel I haven’t been clear in my explanation. After all things had been accounted for, and as one cannot go negative, my guess was it was a glitch that I hadn’t received the coins. I asked the question in case it was a game wide glitch as opposed to a one off.
Same thing happens to me all the time. Customer support swears they are taking and adding coins throughout the game. I am pretty sure that is not true. I too have had huge wins and the coins are not added. Have sent screenshots to show the discrepancy but keep getting the same response.

I do see my coins go up and down (if I buy something) during the level. I was tracking them as I played. I ended but hadn’t won the level with one card left so I only had streak coins listed at the end with bonus (blue) card added and no goal stars, etc. Anyway, the coins hadn’t budged during my final lengthy streak play and didn’t at the end. This was the first time it had happened to me. Sorry to hear it’s happened to you multiple times.

I’ve had issues with the ads portion too. I hit a big 5000 and it only gave me half the coins, this has happened a few times. Also, when I win a game it doesn’t give me all the coins, so what’s happening?

I have had a lot of problems with things being counted. Gold stars, red stars,coins you name it. I’ve been playing almost a year. The game didn’t always do that. 250 days without a miss. It seems that you grin and bear it. Have a great day! Hopefully I
