I used to get to pick reward and got up to 5000 coins and on 5th time a wild card This disappeared from 1st my iPhone now my iPad Why is this…"?

Welcome to the forum @Fiscotland. This seems to be happening to a lot of people. 
Do a search (the magnifying glass in the upper left corner) for adverts, or ads, or advertisements… you should be able to find more posts about it.

Totally unfair as Android users still get them, however, not much is fair about this game! Strange how the developers have not responded to this, what is the point of the forum if they do not respond!
This is a platform for players to chat and give ideas to each other. This is not a platform for GSN to monitor and/or to answer questions. It’s a players forum.

I’ve found the forum very useful… other players who have been playing longer, or have time to figure out what’s going on have been very helpful! I really wished they had this when I first started playing. I spent a lot of time on google looking for answers!

Same here Iphone then my Ipad. Reading through the forum post I’ve found that It seems to have done this on Apple devices but still works for Android. Very strange to say the least.

I’m sure they are working on that. Figuring out what the problem is, is half the battle. That’s why reporting it (submitting a trouble ticket) is important. That gives them a database of where the problem is.
In the game, tap on Menu (upper left corner), then Help, then Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
