When the game gives you a Volcano Card during play and you only have 5 card left, it doesn’t take them all…only 4!!! This had happened 2x to me and others on my team. Would have been nice of them to flip’ it TELL us this!

They gave me 7000 coins this morning as compensation. And I got a volcano today w/only 5 cards left and it did take them all. Maybe they fixed it?

I was shocked that this was happening to me more for more than 5 times today. Would not have used the volcano had I known!!

To be clear, it wasn’t when YOU used a volcano, but when the GAME gave you one while playing w/only 5 cards left. So you didn’t use yours in vain 
. They have fixed the problem.

I agree with all of you but this isn’t the only instance that the game cons us all. The bottom line is that this is a fun game but it’s sole purpose is to make money for the company. The best way to stop their games is to play and never ever pay for any extras. In my opinion those who pay are making things more difficult for all of us

I agree that the sole purpose is to make money for the company, which is why there are so many ads to watch now. I would never spend any real money on a game, however, if nobody spent real money on it then they would either withdraw the game altogether or make us pay to download the app.

This thread/topic had nothing to do with paying real money, but now that we are on that subject, I only buy on double gift box day. Those “thanks” coins really help rebuild my stash so I can play. Most of my team buys so we all win and the game does too.

I noticed it happened in the games where you have to clear the totem of the four suits. I had a suit left to clear and 5 cards left. So not thinking, used a volcano and one of the 5 cards cleared was the suit do had 1 card left over. over
Happened to me playing red stars booster didn’t bother to complain they don’t care but at least am not alone

This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks. I frequently find it happens in Tiki Skies but have also seen it in Tiki Beaches. I have 2 times put in help requests and received coins back as a replacement. But NO ONE has bothered to try and fix the problem. Frustrating

If you have 5 cards left and use volcano card you expect 5 cards to be removed

Doesn’t just do it on last 5 cards. Have had volcano card come up in middle of game and still only took 4 cards. Right now, for me at least, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. They should compensate all players, not just a few who complain. Would they seriously want a complaint email from every player? Isn’t it amazing that the goofs are never in your favor? Like the volcano card taking 6 cards? Funny how that happens. Sometimes I think it’s intentional.
And we used to get a heck of a lot more in the perk chests. One reason is now they’re giving a crappy amount of gems for reward cards. They didn’t used to do that. 2 reward cards with total of 12-15 gems? What a crock.

I’m LOL thinking they might give us a volcano worth 6!! And some of the Daily Quests are a total joke, even the CQ at times…win 30 game for 1 Wild!

It’s happened to me several times. Only 4 cards drop. Mostly in Tiki Skies. I’ve complained. They say they are working on it. No telling when it will be fixed.
