I have gotten through all the levels, at the very end it says “finish level 90 in Tiki Beaches to unlock 800 new levels. What does this mean? I finished all the levels in Tiki Beaches. Also, what are the expert levels?
If you completed the last level on that island you should automatically be moved to the next one. The expert levels is the last island it has a suitcase on it.

I find expert is a little different. Poi does not appear in expert games. When I lose games in expert, they tend to have higher scores than regular games. They can also be more difficult to win. It’s just another element of the game. I like them!
