GSN, when are you going to start listening to your players? You changed glowing grotto months back, but didn’t give players new gold stars. Impossible to when a volcano cooling game without paying extra for coins or boosters. Scavenger hunt is ridiculous and a waste. New pilot for 8 hours between friend coin request is not benefiting players. New shrine pilot is a member take away and not player friendly or a bonus. New rescue mission, doesn’t earn club points. Your club quest rewards are a joke, here’s your 2 free wild cards for spending 100k on games. Double gift day was over two months ago, players enjoyed that because they could donate to good causes. You have members who are in legend clubs, who have been here for years, talking about leaving the game. New players don’t know about the ridiculous changes and pilots, so they don’t know any better. New levels at the end of the game, you have built them to where members have to use tons of extra coins and boosters to win because avg of 5 surplus cards are given, yet the games don’t score any higher because they are more difficult . You’re forcing long term players out of the game because you have new players that don’t know any better or know what you have done to change the game in your favor and force payers to purchase coins or boosters. When the game was fun and fair, i didn’t mind spending money, now you cheat and are shady and i want to spend nothing.

Bingo. Welcome to the business world where new customers get the promotions and loyal customers get shafted because they are loyal and therefore not needed or heeded as far as marketing is concerned.
I’ve contacted them several times. I received an email stating that they had received my request. After that nothing. No resolve, no response.
From what I understand and from my history with support, emails 1-3 generic response, than it pushes up to the next tier, I know it’s a pain but keep sending it in, I am persistent and wanted my lost items, I was almost 2 weeks of emailing than finally got it resolved. It’s not ideal as a player, but as the same ticket escalades it moves up in the tier system, so it depends if you are willing to go through the trouble or not… I am but a stubborn fool so I always find it worth while lol
ALL OF THIS IS TRUE!!! WE ALL need to start sending in complaint on a daily. I’m going to talk to my club members and do the same! I had thought the new rescue mission was going to be something good for once, until I realized that we don’t get any club points!!! So frustrated!!!
I’m very unhappy with these changes. I used to be able to build up my coins, can’t do that anymore. Barely win a game. I’m thinking on dumping this game!! Not impressed at all. It’s not a fun game anymore!!
I’m with by a all the way. I’m to the point of quitting. Scavenger hunt is stupid. Who wants to play when it costs 10’s of thousands of coins-nobody in my club pays. We lose again because they’ve replaced other quests with scavenger hunt 2x per week. They reduced the payout of all the islands that used to be good paying. Yesterday I had 4 7s and no 6s or 8s, you tell me how am I supposed to win? Stupid mini tiki rescue game is ridiculous. Takes over 60K to win more cards, when in reality you can pay 6K for the same thing. The new free coins is a farce. Now I get maybe 30k a day instead of the 60k I got with Facebook. Maybe they are trying to get rid of old timers, maybe it is time to find a new game. If it’s their intent to get us to spend real money, it’s failing miserably. Who wants to spend money for a rigged game? I’ll be making up my mind in the next couple of days if I’m staying or deleting this game. I don’t like getting screwed. I’m pretty pissed
Team isn’t Evan trying anymore. We can’t advance when there’s nothing to score for. It is a game. Most games don’t change the rules so often! Calling it A TEST doesn’t make it better.
Level 21 used to a great level, even if you lost you still got half the coins back that you paid to play that level. Now they “fixed” it and it sucks. I’m almost at a 500 day streak, I’m in a diamond team that does good every week and I’m about to quit. This is ridiculous.

I took a long break from this game, partly due to boredom, partly due to aggravation with feeling manipulated by GSN, and partly because I was wasting too much time and money on it. I ventured back recently, though I won’t play as intensely as before. I’m not planning to join a club. It is still a fun game, but I don’t kid myself that it’s anything other than a moneymaker for the owners. I almost wish they’d charge a fair entrance fee upfront. I’d feel less resentful. But I suppose they wouldn’t get nearly as many players if they charged straightforward entry fees. What’s sticking in my craw today is that I’m barreling through a new level, so I’m encountering Poi often. Every single time, I’ll get 5 low level reward cards and then hit one of the crossbones. Every single time I leave on the table the 5,000 point reward and the wild card. It’s no coincidence. It’s not random. The house always wins or they go out of business.
This is not an accurate way to think about it. You are assuming randomness and that clearly not the case because you also shouldn’t ALWAYS be getting 4 non crossbones cards and automatic rewards to start either. So don’t be negatively biased and forget that positive aspect either.
Just remember no one is dealing out cards here. A computer/algorithm is specifically dealing out cards. Same with the ads rewards. People have noticed that they always seem to be selecting the lowest reward cards regardless of which of the 3 they select. Don’t think of it as choosing a card, think of it as the card is determined AFTER you select and the other 2 cards are filled in to satisfy
your gambler’s itch and that over the long term you will average out to about 1000 coins regardless of what card you select.
