Trouble with Double (boxes)

We have a couple team members who are unable to open their gift boxes. They have tried rebooting but it happened again. Any suggestions?

Defineately start a ticket throught the game, click your profile picture and the help, click the still need help. Also the other option is email solitairetripeakssupport@gsn.com

It looks and sounds like everybody in my clubs had no problem opening gifts today

Did you start a ticket in the game as Tracy suggested? It may be too late now, but in the future it would be a better way to get a response because it is tied to your account. If you are not sure how, click on your pic on the top left, click help, then contact us.
