Want to leave the team I’m in because I am left to cool the volcano by myself all the time. Its getting very frustrating as someone on the team scores more than me but collects zero tributes so basically she makes it angry I calm it down. A real vicious cycle grrrr…

Was recently kicked out of a diamond group for not achieving enough points.
The leader did not see the value of having a player that can help with quests and collect tributes (nice to see you guys getting I right!) Knowing a players worth is key to building a great team!
I do wonder if I should stay with my current team until reset as if I leave they will drop a few places perhaps even demotion. Whats your advice? Possible future leader
