EDIT: I contacted tripeaks and they sent me a double diamond chest
I thoroughly enjoyed the 24 hour treasure hunt game. I played it 15 times. I made it to the double diamond chest 7 times. On 5 of those occasions I paid the reasonable $1 to refill my heart on that last level so I could win the chest. I thought the price was great and probably wouldn’t have paid more. The other two times I won the game without having to refill my hearts. Which brings me to the issue:
The last time I played I won the double diamond chest without having to pay anything. There was only 3 min left to play before 24 hours was up. I was so excited! It gave me a message saying I won! But then it kicked me out and brought me back to the home screen without ever giving me my double diamond chest. Since I had won several before I knew this wasnt right. When I opened the treasure hunt back up it had the play screen where the price was 0 coin which I also know is wrong since I payed 5 games at 3k coin each. So quite obviously it had hiccupped terribly. What if I had just played to refill my hearts and that happened? I am very disappointed not to receive my diamond chest and even more wary now of spending money on the mini games if the bugs aren’t worked out.
How do I see about getting my double diamond chest?
I didn’t get to the diamond chest level however I got to the regular chest, but I was unable to received anything because after beating the third level it would then keep bringing me back to level one when I would hit play instead of progressing me.
I don’t have any helpful tips, but just wow! that you beat it so many times! Impressive! I only got to level three twice . But then again, I can scarcely recall where I’ve parked when I go to the market…
@Honest_Play_Mommy and @Kristen_Gendreau-Fae, I would suggest you put in a help request in the game. If you lost a chest or if there are glitches, TriPeaks needs to know to fix the problems. It is located on the top left of the game screen, click on HELP, then CONTACT US.
@Mama_NC thanks! But I’m not superhuman, just patient. After wasting my first 2 tries I wisened up. Grabbed a paper and pen and wrote the first letter of the symbol when it would flash at the beginning in the general area on the paper. Then draw a diagram around it and write each card as I methodically flipped them. So the only remembering I had to do was the beginning placement of the cards shown. It didn’t work on the higher levels each time but it did work many times. And once I used the paper I easily at least got the wooden chest each time.
