I just got a new phone and when I went to the tripeaks app, it’s making me start from the begining, like I"m a brand new player. How do I get back to where I left off?

I just got a new phone, it’s not letting me play for a different reason. So I think I either hit the 3 lines, or went to account. There it will get you back to your game.
@supermania, was the game you were playing linked to FB or Apple ID? If so, you muggy just need to Sign in to load your progress.
- To to that, tap on your profile pic, top left corner, then Accounts, then Sign in.
If not, do you still have your old device? If so, go onto your old device, tap on your profile pic, then Accounts, then Sign in. Once you sign in on your old device, then you can load your progress from any device using the instructions above. *
