I was collecting my chests for the 6 perks and the special perk that we completed. As it got to the chest for perk 6 I got a 520 error and did not get to collect it. Why did this happen and how do I get my reward chest?

this has happened to me as well. I just rebooted my phone and my chest came back just had to reopen everything.
