This week there was an apparent glitch that allowed players who knew to collect from coin exchange friends MULTIPLE times per day. Didn’t take Tripeaks long to update and correct that! We have a player who has not been able to send/receive coins since July 23rd. She has sent in multiple requests for help to no avail. We have also read of many others that are in the same situation. Can you help us understand how issues with the game are prioritized? Seems like if you are collecting too many coins we are going to do something but if you can’t collect any, we are not!

Hi Sharon - this is something we are aware of and we’re working on it. Unfortunately, it’s an issue with which we need to work on with Facebook, so it’s not something that’s been quick to handle, as we contact them, wait for them to contact us, we reply, then we wait for their reply, etc… etc… but we do hope to have it addressed soon.
