Did you know that NOT wearing a mask in the Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans is illegal? Should it be? Pandemic aside, is this really a good law?

I would change the 3 strikes your out .i have read about so many times that the first 2 crimes were.in there youth and 3.is so much later and a total different situations. But they still have to spend the rest of there life in prison. Prison system is also.put there to rehabilitate also. I know there is to sides to every law . And that’s why I think it should be modified or dropped all to gether
Working in Healthcare, the need for masks is critical in slowing down this virus. If people are going to come together for Mardi gras they absolutely have to wear masks and practice good hygiene. I would make that law during large gatherings.
