The club points chest isn't working

So twice now I have finished the requirements for the club points chest and twice now they have not given me the chest. Has anyone else not been receiving the chests for this? I tried emailing them about it and they basically told me that I had no proof and to have a nice day. They will not give me my chests. I work hard for these and they already don’t give us enough to play with, so at this point I think I will just move on to a less money hungry game who wants actual players not just money spent on a game and who will honor their promises. Sad that at this point they can’t even help their players with their mess up.

Iv had what seems to be a not awarded chest, as I don’t see the items. But notice even tho I didn’t see it I got things…most noticeable is freeplays, or coins.
Yes it is always hard to prove, but if you feel u truly didn’t get your chest, I would keep your ticket open until they send you the contents of your chest, by replying to the same ticket,

They literally told me that if there was anything else they can do for me, otherwise have a great day. I’m done wasting my time. Seriously. It’s like they don’t care that their game isn’t working. I asked that they fixed the game. Like nothing. Didn’t even address it. I’ve had lost coins due to crashes and lost free plays etc also. But this is an actual feature not working at all.

Normally I get a auto reply the first few times, but if I keep with it they have sent me the spread sheet looking thing with time stamps of received items I thought I was missing…
That of course is why I report lost items right after it happens.
I have been awarded lost items and sometimes it’s just not worth the argument.
I’m sorry your feeling disappointed with the game, I get that way sometimes-like these darn scavenger hunts I’m done with them they eat way to many coins.

I appreciate it. This is definitely a missing item though and it’s twice in a row now that they have not given me the chest. I definitely know I didn’t receive it. Do the auto-reply’s have names within them?

Yes the auto reply will have a name of the person responding…
If your ticket by chance got closed the ticket number should be in the email and you can use it.
Tickets normally close in 24 hrs that’s why I mentioned sometimes I just give up…
Iv gotten the spreadsheet layout I’m talking about after about the 4 email on the same ticket.
It’s kinda like a tier system your ticket seems to escalate up the more times it’s replayed to, if that helps.
