You’re the leader of an ambitious Club. Your pushy and somewhat flakey cousin joins the Club and immediately wants to be a CoLeader. In a moment of weakness, you oblige.
He’s terrible - doesn’t keep up, responds rudely to others in Club Chat, and constantly reminds other members that he’s your cousin.
You know you have to demote him, but there’s a family reunion in 3 weeks and in your family he’s as popular as he is pushy. If you demote him beforehand, he will no doubt make a big deal about it at the reunion, and create a lot of unnecessary tension. If you wait, you know other members of the Club will quit.

Being the club leader means doing what is best for the whole team… I wld first try talking to my cousin and if that didn’t work I wld demote him and possibly remove him altogether… Family or not you can’t come in and be rude and make the whole team miserable!
I think I would demote him if he wasn’t playing and causing trouble. At the family reunion I’d tell him if I kept you co-leader everyone would have left and I built a great club!
Drop him, odds are he might whine for a place on team. If problems happen o well your a ‘leader’. At reunion smile saying you are in charge of a whole team, babysitters cost.
Yes, he has to go. It’ll cause some friction, maybe with family but I’m betting that they know and would understand. He may be popular to stay on his good side! In the end you’ll prove yourself a good leader.
