For the last 4 days this game has been kicking people out. I have lost tons of coins and booster because it kicks me out right after I’ve paid my coins or in the middle. I have sent a ticket, put it on the app page, put it in the feedback error message and now here and you guys never answer. You need to fix this because people wanna delete this game all together!
@Patricia_McCall, on the forum, we are just players helping players, and I don’t think the game developers read comments on FB often. Your best bet is the trouble ticket. You haven’t heard back from them yet? How long has it been? It might take a few days.
Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling you TriPeaks app?

I’ve been having the same ongoing problem…app suddenly closes, I lose game progress and bonuses used in play. I too am concerned more players will drop out. I may quit purchasng anything further until fixed. It’s expensive enough without losing so many items in wasted play because of glitch.

Definitely contact them in the game. Give them a few days to respond. If you don’t hear back after 3 or 4 days, contact them again. I have fou d them extremely helpful.

I did all that starting with sending a ticket, reboot, reinstalled, email them still nothing!

Exactly I’ve done everything and I’ve contacted several times…it’s ridiculous!

I really hope they find a fix for every problem, for every device, for every operating system, because this is such a fun game, I just want everybody to enjoy it!

Yes, contacted them, followed their suggestions, contacted them again. Got the same response. When I did the reboot as they instructed, I lost all my progress back to before I was on a team! I started a new team and now having the same problem.
I don’t have this problem on other games, but Tripeaks is a complicated app. I hate to think there’s no solution for the problem of kicking us out during play and losing the game, our progress, our purchased boosts, and earned rewards. I’ve spent a bunch of money trying to play competitively only to be defeated by a stupid glitch. I want to be able to support my team and continue play, but I don’t see how without the developers looking into this and granting protections from their end.
