I’m very upset by this week’s [3/18/2018] special perk, and so is my club! By making this perk require 600,000 club points GSN has guaranteed that only the top clubs will get it. This is happening more and more often and we feel cheated. If top clubs are so important to GSN they might as well tell the lower clubs to give up & play something else.
This game has had too many glitches and is geared too much for the top teams for it to be worth playing. The club quests are ridiculous (16 members win 256 games for $4000?!), the daily quests are ridiculous. If GSN doesn’t become more fair for everyone, I’m going to start encouraging people to play something else.
Our team goes for perk 7 but only if it is 300k or less, with this one being extreme, we are taking the few extra days off to bank and not play. So we look at it as a win on our part, we should be done all 6 perks early tomorrow and will bank coins and boosters until the start of the new week.
Our team is still growing. We have a lot of working parents, etc. We get 5 perks each week, and we’re working on getting 6 every week. I just feel the only teams to earn this perk will be the top ten teams.
You are right! When perk 7 is almost as much as the total of perks 1-6, it’s not worth it for us, we are no where near the top 10 clubs, and we don’t want to be, so we just sit back and enjoy the mini break and collect coins every 20 minutes!
I think TriPeaks tries to balance it out between the clubs who don’t have enough time to earn that many points, and those who earn millions of points.
When I first started playing there was no perk 7 (special perk), and it only took 450,000 points to get perks 1-6. That was a challenge for our club, but not for other clubs.
Occasionally, perk 7 requires 1,000,000 points to complete. Like Tracy mentioned, if it’s too much for our club, we let it go. I tell our club to have fun, bank coins, level up & be ready for next week. No stress
U know what Dianna, I totally agree with u on this one!! I’m Always questioning GSN’s motives on all these Funky Quests But however here’s not the Place to Complain! Only because they don’t or aren’t allowed to read this stuff! From what I understand they only read the posts on their Facebook page and OUR CHAT! So I’d be careful of what u share in the in the chat box regarding certain levels that are good to win games on, etc!!
I totally agree, especially with the amount of points needed to get the special level. It would be better to have lower points needed along with less prizes so clubs feel better about trying so hard. Last week 85,000 was doable this week isn’t. We are a platinum team and the game isn’t our whole life so we don’t stand a chance and players are upset about not having a level to play for. Might try offering 2 levels and only club leader can decide which one to play for as a team.
Well on OUR TEAM, some of us DID get the “goodies” and some of us DIDN’T…And I don’t understand THAT AT ALL…And its NOT RIGHT that EVERYONE works SO HARD for this and only the “top clubs” get the GOODS…
EXPLAIN THIS ONE TO ME…Our team GOT THE PERK…Some of my teammates DID get the goods and some of us DID NOT…WTH!!! We ALL WORKED OUR BUTTS OFF FOR THIS PERK…I don’t understand WHY only “TOP TEAMS” were supposed to get the prizes in the FIRST PLACE…PERSONALLY, ALL TEAMS that “GET THE PERK” should also “GET THE GOODIES”…SMH…
When you are missing coins or booster, while you are on the game, click your profile picture and than help, submit a ticket and usually about 3 days it will get sorted
I really think they, Tripeaks, are trying to please all the groups. That’s why the extra perk has various points to complete. If the extra perk was always 85k the upper groups and even middle groups would complain. Our team can do all 7 perks unless 7 is “extreme”. We could be finished by Tues every week if it was only 85k. I can see where the game people would want everyone to be happy, but there is someone who is always going to be disappointed. I sure wouldn’t like to figure out the balance. Our team is way below the top teams, so we are not a top team if that makes any difference.
